We appreciate that it's frustrating if an order hasn't arrived as quickly as you hoped.
There are multiple shipping options when you place your order and here is a quick run down on how each works.
Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class and International Airmail
Unfortunately Royal Mail does not offer a tracking number with any of these services.
It may be of comfort or useful to know that very few packages are in fact lost in transit (our statistics show its less than 0.25%). Frequently we find that the postal service has attempted delivery and taken the item to your local post office, so it would be worth checking there in the first instance. If your Parcel has not arrived after 28 days of the date of dispatch, please contact us and we can start a lost parcel claim.
Possibly there are international complications which may impact your order being late (of course this would only be if your package passes through any of the zones indicated). We use multiple courier companies, which one that is used at the time depends on your local and the items being shipped. Once an order has been processed you will receive a dispatch email from us that may include a tracking number for the courier used. Each tracking number can be entered on the courier companies website to locate your parcel. Please Note: Tracking links may only become active once a parcel has been collected, this is generally after 5PM GMT.
